Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Operations Manager to join our team at Sono Bello. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our accredited out-patient surgical facility, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient experiences and efficient center operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Operations: Oversee the maintenance of our physical facilities, ensuring they are always in excellent condition for patients.
  • Team Management: Supervise and support the front desk and clinical team members, providing guidance and development opportunities to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to our policies, procedures, and AAAHC guidelines for operation, and identify areas for improvement to enhance our quality of care.
  • Patient Experience: Engage patients to ensure a quality interaction across their entire journey, resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the Practice Manager to develop and implement new initiatives, policies, and procedures to drive business growth and improve center performance.
  • Performance Management: Deliver an outstanding center business scorecard, and work with the Practice Manager to ensure timely and accurate performance reviews, development plans, and progressive discipline policies are consistently administered and enforced.
  • Compliance: Share responsibility for the confidentiality, security, and physical safety of patient and clinical records, ensuring HIPAA compliance and maintaining accurate records.
  • Recruitment: Provide a timely and organized recruiting experience for potential new team member candidates, working closely with the National Support Talent Team.
Requirements
  • Education: BA/BS Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in operations management, team leadership, and quality assurance.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, team members, and external partners. Proficient in MS Office and able to learn a variety of computer operating systems.
