Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional dining service to residents, ensuring that every meal is a memorable occasion.
- Assist with training team members to ensure that they are equipped to provide top-notch service.
- Maintain the dining room in a clean and organized state, adhering to Sunrise Senior Living standards.
- Assist with special events and functions, ensuring that every detail is attended to.
- Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure that the dining area is clean, ready, and meets standards.
- Assist with table top inventory maintenance, ensuring that all necessary supplies are on hand.
- Handle all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent in time management and problem-solving skills.
- Good judgment and decision-making skills.
