Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Fire Safety Sales Representative to join our team at Pye-Barker Fire and Safety. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our fire safety products and services to current and new clientele.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as strong sales and negotiation skills. You will be working in a high-paced and at times stressful environment, but with the ability to function well under pressure and achieve your goals.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, and 401K with employer match. You will also receive paid vacation and company holidays, as well as a company vehicle (if applicable).

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop relationships with new customers and leads
  • Sell fire safety products and services to existing and new customers
  • Demonstrate products and services to customers based on their needs
  • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities
  • Provide periodic territory sales forecasts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field
  • At least five years of related experience required
  • Must have experience in Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV, Access control and/or Extinguisher and Hoods
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
