A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SALES SUPPORT CONSULTANT

In the role of Sales Support Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to encourage clients to enroll in beneficial services. Collaboration with the Outside Sales team will be essential for generating leads and scheduling appointments through phone interactions. Comprehensive support and training will be provided by regional managers. Proficient data entry skills are crucial for documenting customer interactions and call activities in our system. Additionally, you will support the administrative team by managing inbound calls for scheduling and addressing customer inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to commit to a 40-hour workweek
