Job Overview

Percepta is seeking a skilled Parts Sales Consultant to join our team in Melbourne, FL. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide online customers with a professional sales experience that positively influences their purchasing decision.
  • Effectively utilize multiple systems to provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information.
  • Resolve complex interactions using the appropriate escalation process.
  • Use appropriate resources to find solutions for basic to intermediate level issues.
  • Follow up with customers as needed using phone and/or email.
  • Participate in daily information exchanges to remain knowledgeable of process and procedures.
  • Assist in formulation of problem-solving techniques for newly discovered issues.
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge as it relates to program support.
  • Handle additional projects and assignments as directed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma required.
  • Some college or vocational training preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting experience.
  • Sales experience required.
  • Automotive background preferred.
  • Parts/Service Advisor experience preferred.
