Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
2. Execute general clerical duties and manage reception tasks efficiently.
3. Input patient data accurately into the registration system.
4. Verify insurance details and third-party coverage for patients.
5. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments as required.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven skills and knowledge necessary for effective job performance.
- Strong customer service abilities suitable for a healthcare setting.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Experience with office equipment, including printers, copiers, and multi-line phone systems.
- Proficient in computer use, particularly in data entry and retrieval.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a suitable work pace and establish positive working relationships.
- Competence in basic math and calculations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a standardized assessment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance programs.
- Experience with registration, scheduling, and authorization processes in a healthcare environment.
