What We Offer

Hawaiian Airlines offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.61, paid training courses, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus after completing training. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a 401(k) plan.

Work Schedule

As a Guest Service Agent, you will work a 5-day on, 2-day off schedule, with shifts awarded based on seniority. You may be required to report to work early and/or work beyond your scheduled end time, based on operational need.

Requirements for Non-Resident Applicants

If you do not reside on the island of Maui, you will be required to report to work early and/or work beyond your scheduled end time, which may be challenging if you plan to fly to get to/from work.
