Position Overview: We are in search of an Operations Supervisor who possesses strong leadership attributes to assist in managing all activities at our wash facility. This role is crucial in overseeing operations, boosting sales, and handling employee relations, serving as a potential pathway to a General Manager position as we expand.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will work closely with your team to ensure Prime Car Wash consistently delivers satisfaction by upholding exceptional service standards. You will take charge of all facets of the wash, providing guidance and mentorship to empower your team towards success.

Compensation/Benefits:

•Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience and qualifications, plus profit sharing

Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee daily operations of the car wash facility.

•Manage opening and closing protocols of the wash location.

•Coach and mentor staff to improve wash quality.

•Engage with customers to build and maintain meaningful relationships.

•Demonstrate proficiency in all roles at Prime Car Wash, including sales, labor, detailing, and management.

•Manage car wash equipment operations and oversee the procurement of wash chemicals, supplies, and products.

•Operate POS systems and other wash-related software.

•2-3 years of prior leadership and management experience.

•Eagerness to learn about car wash tunnel equipment operations, maintenance, and repair.

•Proven success in managing daily operations within a fast-paced environment.

•Knowledge of vehicles and detailing skills is a plus but not required.
