Your Impact:

In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of associates, supporting the Retail Operations Manager in achieving operational excellence. You will oversee key processes including shipment, inventory management, and all related functions. Qualifications:

Successful candidates will be retail leaders with 1-2+ years of experience in attracting, developing, and motivating talent in a dynamic environment. Additional qualifications include:

  • Proven track record in driving sales, managing budgets, and controlling expenses.
  • Ability to monitor inventory and execute merchandising strategies effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Apple devices.
  • Strong organizational, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and expectations.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to walk, reach with hands and arms, and stand for extended periods.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders and maintain balance as needed.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $22.40 per hour, with opportunities for tips and additional compensation based on performance.
