Lead Intelligence Analyst

Cherokee Nation Businesses is on the lookout for a seasoned Lead Intelligence Analyst to enhance our team. The Lead Intelligence Analyst will support the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) Vetting Risk Operations (VRO) in the evaluation and assessment of foreign individuals and applicants for DoD security clearances.

Key Responsibilities of the Lead Intelligence Analyst:
- Perform comprehensive analysis of intelligence data from diverse sources to uncover trends, patterns, and potential risks.
- Deliver expert evaluations and insights on intricate intelligence matters related to all-source, counterterrorism, or counterintelligence analysis.
- Engage with Intelligence Community (IC) agencies and organizations to collect and synthesize intelligence information from various sources.
- Effectively utilize intelligence-related automation, applications, tools, and databases to bolster analysis and production.
- Review and refine analytical products or intelligence reports to guarantee precision, clarity, and compliance with quality standards.
- Participate in inter-agency collaborative groups and liaise with multiple IC agencies to promote information sharing and teamwork.
- Articulate analysis findings and recommendations clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Remain informed on emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in intelligence analysis and apply them to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Execute other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in all-source, counterterrorism, or counterintelligence analysis; OR ten (10) years of experience in all-source, counterterrorism, or counterintelligence analysis.
- Extensive experience collaborating with IC agencies and organizations' missions, intelligence products, and database systems.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to assess and interpret complex intelligence information.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to convey intricate concepts and findings clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in utilizing intelligence-related automation, applications, tools, and databases.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
- Demonstrated experience with quality control, including reviewing and refining analytical products or intelligence reports.
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with various IC agencies and engage in inter-agency collaborative groups.
- Must meet pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Nation Businesses.
