Job Overview :
  • ShiftCode Analytics is looking for a Salesforce Solutions Analyst to enhance our IT department.
  • The Salesforce team is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify their requirements, provide both functional and technical guidance, and deliver high-quality software solutions that drive business value.
  • As a Salesforce Solutions Analyst, you will work with cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes by leveraging domain knowledge, pinpointing process inefficiencies, and addressing challenges.
  • You will assist leadership in conceptualizing and implementing strategic solutions, ensuring that deliverables align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business needs and functional specifications, utilizing the Salesforce platform to support various projects.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and conflicting business practices, proposing alternative solutions to complex issues.
  • Serve as a senior member of a project team, ensuring timely delivery of user enhancements by effectively applying both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.
  • Prioritize enhancement requests from multiple stakeholders, including project management and senior leadership; manage the product roadmap effectively.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with business customers, acting as their advocate within the IT project team; support development and delivery in a collaborative manner.
  • Ensure readiness for the deployment of system enhancements, new products, and process changes; assist with end-user training.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in business analysis, application design, implementation, and IT systems support is necessary.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering robust Salesforce solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and other IT project management methodologies.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to provide technical direction and foster innovation in uncertain environments.
  • Familiarity with IT and business concepts.
  • Capable of assessing the impact of business changes on systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Proficient in collaborating with diverse functional groups and employees at various levels to achieve results.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
