Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional purchasing experience for our clientele.
- Set, achieve, and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Build rapport and maintain effective communication throughout the sales journey.
- Act as a bridge between customers and various departments.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations for customers.
- Collect contact details and maintain engagement with prospective buyers until their requirements are fulfilled.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and educational meetings.
- Attend RV exhibitions periodically throughout the year.
- Most importantly, enjoy the process of selling dreams.
Qualifications:
While prior sales experience is not mandatory, relevant education and a minimum of three years in a customer service or sales-related role are highly desirable. We are open to candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills and determination to excel.
A high school diploma is required; a college degree is advantageous.
A valid driver's license is essential.

Compensation:
The earning potential through commissions is limitless, with top performers in this role achieving annual incomes exceeding $150,000.
