Job Summary

As an Assembler at Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for producing high-quality components by assembling parts and subassemblies. This role requires attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit
  • Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
  • Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists
  • Obtain work instructions from supervisor
  • Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications
