Long Term Care Nursing Professional

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team at The Hundley Center. This role provides individual and family-centered nursing care, treatment, and support to pediatric, elderly, acutely ill, or injured residents. As an LPN, you will integrate technical skills and theoretical knowledge to meet the unique needs of our residents and families.
This position requires the ability to deliver and accurately document direct, age-specific care to residents based on medical orders and a multidisciplinary plan of care. You will also safely administer prescribed medications, identifying potential incompatibilities and interactions.
