Intel Promoter Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Intel Promoter to join our team at Best Buy. As an Intel Promoter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting Intel products, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized recommendations on Intel products.
- Provide training to store associates on Intel products and technologies.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Intel computer products and services.
- Proactively engage customers throughout the sales process, from greeting and discovering their needs to closing the sale.
- Track and increase Intel Retail Edge sign-up and engagement.
- Ring up customer purchases on Best Buy's POS system.
- Complete same-day online reports to document visits, including providing feedback and observations, and submitting customer and store photos.
- Maintain business communication with Best Buy District Manager via occasional phone calls, Zoom meetings, and/or emails.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
- An interest in PC and Gaming products is a plus.
- Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer and retail partner expectations.
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Availability to work weekends - Saturday and Sunday.
- Own a smartphone.
- Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation.
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
