As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely response to customer inquiries, scheduling, and product orders. You will also assist drivers with problems/issues as they arise and review and update routes daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Customer Service with customer requests, route changes, and rescheduling for pickups/missed stops
  • Provide highest level of customer service to all customers in line with Customer 1st objectives
  • Monitor, process, and escalate SFDC cases to supervisor
  • Assist walk-in customers
  • Assist drivers with problems/issues as issues arise
  • Review and update routes daily
  • Ensure that routes are balanced daily
  • Communicate performance standards and objectives
  • Keep staff informed of current problems, changes, and new developments in the department and company
  • Always maintain a safe and compliant workplace

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ Years' experience, preferably in Transportation, Logistics, Routing, and Customer Service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
