Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to improve business processes and operations

  • Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to support business initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a related field

  • Experience working with industry-leading claims, billing, or EHR systems
  • Strong understanding of Agile Product Development Methodology and Business Analysis Standards (IIBA best practices)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the P&C/Reinsurance domain, with a focus on Scrum/Agile experience in a SBA/TBA role or similar
  • Excellent understanding of how to operate in an Agile Team setting
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple business domains
  • Database/SQL experience and proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience working with tools like MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Qlik
