Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Discipline Engineer to join our growing Portland office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a passion for their craft and a desire to work as part of a multidiscipline engineering team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and support staff, managing a significant workload, and leveraging staff to support additional workload. They will also be expected to possess exceptional leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of technical leadership and demonstrated depth of competence.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- BS degree in a related field
- PE registration
- Minimum of 15+ years of professional experience
- Proven technical leadership and demonstrated depth of competence
- Exceptional expertise in one engineering area
- Competence in a broad range of engineering knowledge
- Able to build and maintain a strong discipline team of professionals and support staff
