Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Discipline Engineer to join our Portland office. This role requires a highly experienced professional with a passion for their craft and a desire to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers and support staff to deliver high-quality engineering services
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners
Requirements
  • BS degree in a related field
  • PE registration
  • Minimum of 15+ years of professional experience
  • Proven technical leadership and depth of competence
  • Exceptional expertise in one engineering area
  • Competence in a broad range of engineering knowledge
