Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Daytona, Florida. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and securing corporate sponsorships and large-scale hospitality programs with companies across NASCAR Southeast properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales on priorities, approach to the market, and daily prospecting efforts
- Prospect and secure sales meetings through existing relationships and cold calling locally, regionally, and nationally
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly corporate revenue and prospecting goals
- Research and identify industries and organizations to pitch sponsorship/hospitality opportunities
- Maintain high-level customer service to existing and new corporate clients
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven sales experience (prior sports sales experience is preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Sales/Sports Management
- Understanding of sponsorship/hospitality sales, event marketing, and activation process
- Ability to confidently communicate the value of sponsorship & hospitality offerings
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
