About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at UTHealth Houston. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating complex business processes, managing finances, and providing exceptional support to faculty and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of standard office software and university financial systems, as well as experience in finance, accounting, business administration, or business management. A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required, and prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinates the day-to-day business and financial processes
  • Monitors travel, purchasing, payroll, timekeeping, contracts, and grants
  • Handles confidential information and sensitive issues

Benefits:

  • Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
