Housing Stability Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish regular contact with participants to ensure their housing stability and address any issues related to rent arrears and utilities.
  • Conduct quarterly home visits to inspect units for maintenance and repair needs, and provide referrals to community resources as necessary.
  • Liaise between program participants and property owners, facilitating communication and meetings as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the housing and human service sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Passion for the mission of Anthos|Home.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
