Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate access to Directors for internal and external sources, maintaining and managing their schedules.
  • Manage all aspects of Directors' calendars, including setting appointments and organizing meetings.
  • Screen, field, and direct phone calls for prompt response.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative assistance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salary

$65,000 - $75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
