Key Responsibilities:

As an HVAC Residential Maintenance Technician, you will engage directly with clients, utilizing your expertise to identify and resolve their heating and cooling concerns. Your role will involve:

  • Communicating necessary services to clients before commencing work
  • Prioritizing safety in all operational activities
  • Conducting thorough evaluations of HVAC systems, employing investigative techniques to understand client needs
  • Testing for leaks in pipes and connections using appropriate methods
  • Checking electrical circuits for continuity with testing equipment
  • Repairing or replacing faulty components and wiring
  • Discussing system issues with clients to pinpoint problems and confirm successful repairs
  • Enhancing the efficiency of HVAC systems through skilled service
  • Ensuring every client enjoys a Five Star experience during service visits

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of HVAC experience required
  • EPA Universal Certification is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong customer engagement and listening skills
  • Motivated to achieve and surpass business objectives
  • Commitment to ongoing technical skill development
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
