About the Job: As a Technical Support Lead at General Dynamics, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work from home and in our Washington DC office.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the response to critical incidents, working closely with our Help Desk teams to identify and resolve issues quickly. You will also prioritize incidents based on urgency and business impact, providing clear and timely updates to affected parties.

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, at least three years of experience in leading the response to critical IT incidents, and strong technical skills, including specific skill sets required. Additionally, you will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to deliver 'white glove' service standards.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
