Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong background in technical support, with experience in troubleshooting complex issues related to web applications, desktop/server administration, and networking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remote Network Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve network-related issues affecting the SimCapture application.
  • Remote IIS Manager Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve SSL Certificate-related issues impacting the SimCapture application.
  • Remote Windows Operating System/Bios Troubleshooting: Resolve Windows imaging or hardware malfunctions.
  • SME for SimCapture Product: Provide subject matter expertise for the SimCapture product to customer support analysts, customers, and strategic partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or Equivalent Work Experience): In Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Informatics, or similar field.
  • 3-5 Years of Experience: In high-volume helpdesk/technical support roles.
  • Proficiency with Web Application Troubleshooting, Internet/Network Infrastructure Technologies, Microsoft IIS 6-10, and Microsoft Windows 7-10 Server 2008-2019.
  • Strong Communication and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a customer-first mindset.
