ERP is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability and Veteran.Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support the Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program (SARP) at the Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, NC. The successful candidate will provide counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals, groups, couples, and families experiencing various psychiatric, medical, and social problems. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a fully accredited school, current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and experience in clinical competency within the past two years.Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate referrals to community and government agencies for services.
  • Assess psychosocial functioning and needs of patients and their family members, and formulate and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide treatment to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Implement treatment modalities in working with individuals, families, and groups experiencing various psychiatric, medical, and social problems.
  • Provide counseling and/or psychotherapy services to individuals, groups, couples, and families.
  • Consult with other staff about the psychosocial needs of patients and the impact of psychosocial problems on healthcare and compliance with treatment.
  • Participate in professional peer review case conferences, research studies, or other organizations required at the MTF.
  • Provide direct and indirect services to both inpatients and outpatients.
  • Respond to military and community requests for lectures and presentations.
  • Act as a human services broker using clinical judgment and knowledge of area resources to provide information and referrals to patients and other care providers.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a fully accredited school.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
  • Experience in clinical competency within the past two years.
  • Current AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.
