Business Development Manager

ExecuSource is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the Dallas market.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing the full-cycle client experience through sales and account management. This includes developing and maintaining a client pipeline to hit monthly sales goals.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Business Development, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales environment with knowledge of account management and sales initiatives.
- Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record, with local travel in the Dallas market expected to be 50%.
