As a Customer Loan Advisor, you will represent Sun Loan, engaging with our customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
In our close-knit team environment, every member plays a crucial role in the company's success, assisting customers within the community in addressing their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Assessing customer loan requirements and offering effective solutions. Processing new loan applications and managing communication regarding account status. Conducting collection calls on overdue accounts. Generating new sales leads through marketing and community engagement. Performing other duties as assigned.
Availability Requirements:
Monday
- Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
No Sundays.
