Job Summary: The Service Advisor at Patriot CDJR Pryor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all clients visiting the service department. This individual will act as a liaison between the customer and the technicians, ensuring all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time position in the automotive industry located in Pryor, Oklahoma.

Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this role is $5000 to $7000 per month, paid semi-monthly. This position offers commission opportunities based on performance. The benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate diagnostic recommendations to customers
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers
  • Communicate with technicians and provide updates to customers on vehicle status and repair costs
  • Provide estimates for repair costs and obtain customer approval for services
  • Maintain and update customer records and ensure accuracy of all service transactions
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote and up-sell additional services and products to customers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of automotive technology and repair processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including rotating weekends
