Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our organization and the various stakeholders involved in architectural and construction projects within the restaurant sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and oversee the planning and execution of architectural projects from conception to completion.
2. Facilitate effective communication among all parties, including owners, architects, contractors, and engineers.
3. Review and analyze construction drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with client expectations and compliance with building regulations.
4. Apply expertise in building codes to guarantee project adherence.
5. Manage the construction process, including selecting methods, coordinating subcontractors, procuring materials, and scheduling.
6. Supervise restaurant construction and renovation projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.
7. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, budgets, and invoices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, particularly in restaurant construction and renovation.
- Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and construction management practices.
- Strong project management capabilities with a proven history of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at managing relationships with various stakeholders.
- Professional certifications in Project Management, Architecture, or Construction Management are advantageous.
