Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, IT network engineering, or other related discipline
  • 5+ years of project and/or program management experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), or ITILv3 Certified, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or other professional cybersecurity, information technology, or project management certifications
  • Experience with IT service, infrastructure, and support process redesign and documentation
  • Conversational knowledge of logical network infrastructure concepts, including domain controllers, DNS, Active Directory, and network segmentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office suite, and Microsoft Vision
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully facilitating a similar project
  • Experience implementing project-related changes in a 24x7 production environment
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
