Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to join our team at HCL Technologies. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing FHIR-based solutions for exposing patient clinical and claims data through FHIR APIs.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement FHIR-based solutions for exposing patient clinical and claims data through FHIR APIs.
  • Design and implement solutions to ingest data from external and internal systems into the FHIR repository.
  • Work with clients to define optimal architecture of the FHIR data infrastructure.
  • Stay up to date with CMS mandates and advancements in the FHIR domain to offer effective solutions to the client.
  • Lead the development and deployment of FHIR APIs using Azure services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EMR systems with Azure services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in healthcare data exchange.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of FHIR-based applications on Azure.
  • Implement robust monitoring and alerting solutions for Azure infrastructure.
  • Provide guidance on Azure networking configurations and security best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role and level, demonstrating proficiency in FHIR standards, Azure services, and infrastructure management.
  • Strong programming skills in.Net, C#, Node JS, and Python.
  • Experience with Azure FHIR APIs, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Familiarity with Azure services including API Management (APIM), Azure Storage, and Azure Data Factory.
  • Knowledge of Azure Key Vault for secure key management.
  • Understanding of Azure networking concepts and network security groups.
  • Familiarity with Azure identity and access management (IAM) concepts, including Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Azure AD Connect.
