  • Analyze and Resolve Work Problems: Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Monitor Worker Productivity: Monitor worker productivity and provide feedback to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Implement Job Assignment/Rotation Plan: Implement a job assignment/rotation plan for workers to ensure fair distribution of tasks and prevent burnout.
  • Ensure Safety Standards: Ensure that safety standards are adhered to at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Examine Work for Exactness: Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures to ensure high-quality products.
  • Perform Hourly Checks: Perform hourly checks on tables and track progress of workers to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Verify Counts and Materials: Verify counts on material being packaged and ensure that materials are being properly handled, routed, and controlled.
  • Communicate with Superior Supervisor: Communicate with superior supervisor when problems arise to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Keep Track of Daily Labor Sheet: Keep track of daily labor sheet including part numbers to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assign Bags/Boxes and Create Samples: Assign bags/boxes to material and create a sample to be checked by a supervisor to ensure quality control.
  • Assign Table Numbers: Assign table numbers to all material to ensure efficient organization and tracking.
  • Keep Track of Paperwork: Keep track of own paperwork to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
  • Notify Supervisor of Needs: Notify supervisor when in need of a blueprint or other resources to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Work in the Flow of the Line: Work in the flow of the line, as time permits and needs arise, to ensure efficient and effective production.
  • Print Labels and Tally Production Orders: Print labels and tally up production orders upon completion to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Audit and Close Tri Wall: Audit and close tri wall to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Adjust Paperwork for Quantity Discrepancies: Adjust paperwork when there are quantity discrepancies to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Use RFP Gun: Use RFP gun to ensure accurate and efficient production.
Requirements:
  • One Year of Lead/Supervisor Experience: One year of lead/supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • One Year of Manufacturing Experience: One year of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory role.
