Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Cleaning Manager/Supervisor to join our team at Office Pride of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of cleaning professionals to ensure that our clients receive high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our team members are following our cleaning protocols and that our clients' facilities are meeting our standards.
  • Manage labor budgets and ensure that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our cleaning services and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure that our cleaning services are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to our team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional cleaning services.
  • Manage and evaluate our time-keeping system to ensure that our team members are accurately tracking their hours and that our labor costs are in line with our budget.
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling systems to ensure that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with our management team to ensure that our cleaning services are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 1 year of management experience in the cleaning services industry.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
