Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough cleaning and disinfection of floors, surfaces, and equipment in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Mix and apply cleaning solutions and disinfectants as needed, following safety guidelines and protocols.
- Dust, mop, and sweep offices, break areas, restrooms, common areas, and other types of rooms as assigned.
- Empty trash receptacles and maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Inform supervisors or area managers of any supplies needed or equipment that requires repair or replacement.
- Identify and report any building hazards or maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Perform other duties as needed to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in maintenance and/or cleaning, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional light lifting, bending, and stooping.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
