  • Coordinate project kick-off, establish deliverable timelines, and manage client expectations across departments.
  • Manage client expectations and escalate discrepancies as needed.
  • Gather essential project data for Operations teams during the Project Kick-Off process.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary project information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field preferred.
  • Advanced computer literacy.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
