Job Description

Insperity provides the most comprehensive suite of scalable HR solutions. As a Sales Process Specialist, you will work with MidMarket Sales teams to maximize sales opportunities by processing all sales possibilities efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with Sales personnel and management in regard to bids, reports, information, correspondence, and quote pricing process.
  • Act as a resource for Market Sales and point of contact for prospects during data collection process.
  • Coordinate responses to prospect inquiries ensuring timely responses.
  • Analyze, review, and approve workers compensation risk for new clients, and annual workers compensation risk on existing clients for renewal purposes.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for analysis and interpretation of data relating to direct cost pricing.
  • Manage lost prospect surveys and data compilation.
  • Audit census received from Sales personnel.
  • Process enrollment fee checks in order for Sales personnel to receive commission.
  • Generate sales numbers for reports.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's Degree in related field is preferred. Five years of experience in related field is preferred.

Skills: Proven problem solving skills, proficient in using Word and Excel, working knowledge of database computer programs, able to plan and organize workflow under narrow time limitations, communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, and maintains effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
