We are seeking a skilled LPN-ACUTE nurse to join our team at Levindale Hospital. As a member of our Brain Health Unit, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require medical and psych diagnoses. Our unit is comprised of two 40-bed units, and our staff members are known for their excellent communication skills and ability to establish trust with patients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the needs of patients
- Attend to daily operations of the unit and assume leadership roles as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma)
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine
