At Ncfbins, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers and agents. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agency Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to the Agency Force and Farm Bureau members for property and casualty business brokered to companies outside of Ncfbins.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from agents and customers regarding quotes, questions, and policy information.
- Quote and bind coverage for various lines of business, including property and casualty insurance.
- Process applications for new business and renewals, including data entry and account invoicing.
- Distribute policies and forms to clients, and scan and file documents in our Agency Management System.
- Issue certificates of insurance and forward claim notices to appropriate companies.
- Send renewal information to agents and maintain policy status.
- Cancel or reinstate policies as needed to maintain client policy status.
- Verify membership status and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Agents property and casualty license required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills, including excellent interpersonal skills.
