Agency Customer Service Representative

At Ncfbins, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers and agents. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agency Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the Agency Force and Farm Bureau members for property and casualty business brokered to companies outside of Ncfbins.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails from agents and customers regarding quotes, questions, and policy information.
  • Quote and bind coverage for various lines of business, including property and casualty insurance.
  • Process applications for new business and renewals, including data entry and account invoicing.
  • Distribute policies and forms to clients, and scan and file documents in our Agency Management System.
  • Issue certificates of insurance and forward claim notices to appropriate companies.
  • Send renewal information to agents and maintain policy status.
  • Cancel or reinstate policies as needed to maintain client policy status.
  • Verify membership status and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Agents property and casualty license required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative skills, including excellent interpersonal skills.
