Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Transportation Driver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to become a vital part of our skilled nursing facility. This role combines essential caregiving responsibilities with transportation duties, ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respectful and dignified care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Assist Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in meeting the personal needs of residents.
  • Transport residents to various medical appointments as required.
  • Maintain reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications
  • Must be currently licensed as a CNA in the state of Illinois (certification costs covered).
  • Demonstrated reliability and commitment to maintaining a consistent work history.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other basic computer applications.
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and a caring attitude.
