Long-Term Care CNA/Transport Driver Position

Overview:
Sunrise Skilled Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking a dedicated Transportation Driver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to enhance our compassionate team.

Position Highlights:
As a vital member of our staff, you will:
  • Provide respectful and dignified care to residents and their belongings.
  • Assist Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in meeting the personal needs and safety of residents.
  • Facilitate transportation for residents to medical appointments.
  • Ensure punctuality and reliability for assigned shifts.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A current CNA license in the state of Illinois (certification costs covered).
  • A strong commitment to teamwork and reliability.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other related software.
  • Dependability and flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends and holidays.
  • Attention to detail and a caring attitude.
