Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with transportation responsibilities. This position is essential in providing high-quality care to our residents while ensuring their safe transport to medical appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver respectful and dignified care to residents and their belongings.
  • Assist Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in meeting the personal needs and safety of residents.
  • Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability in attendance for assigned shifts.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid CNA license in the state of Illinois (certification costs covered).
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other related software.
  • Dependable with a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care.
