Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fulfill the role of a Transportation Driver and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within our esteemed organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respectful and dignified care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Assist registered nurses and licensed practical nurses in delivering essential personal care services.
  • Transport residents to various medical appointments as required.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability in attendance for assigned shifts.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid CNA license in the state of Illinois. Certification costs will be covered.
  • Exhibit professionalism and teamwork with a strong commitment to reliability.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other relevant software.
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality care.
