Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Entegee.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the office administration team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and directing visitors, phone calls, and mail
  • Managing the conference room calendar and coordinating meetings
  • Providing administrative support, including data entry and document preparation
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
