Compassionate Care Associate

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Caregiver to provide top-notch care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Remind clients of medication and other important health-related tasks.
- Transport clients safely to appointments and outings using an elderly-friendly vehicle.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients at all times.
Essential Requirements:
- Must be certified as a Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) or Home Care Aide (HCA), or have at least 6 months of caregiving experience.
- Experience with dementia care is a plus.
- Be compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for transportation duties).
- Availability for weekend and overnight shifts.
