Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Care Facilitator to join our team at LifeWorks NW. As a Residential Care Facilitator, you will play a critical role in providing a safe and supportive environment for women in recovery and their children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide monitoring, structure, and support to residents, including supervising chores and providing staffing and oversight.
  • Report any problems that occur to clinical staff and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
  • Conduct observable UA's (urinalysis) and maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries with clients and their children.
  • Transport clients in LifeWorks NW vehicle and maintain a consistent, therapeutic milieu.
  • Organize and supervise client participation in recovery-oriented social, educational, and recreational activities.
Requirements
  • Ability to conduct observable UA's (urinalysis) and maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
  • Good communication and listening skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills, including keyboarding, use of mouse, and ability to navigate website and use common web browser.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet LifeWorks NW driving requirements.
  • Ability to pass a DHS background check.
