Job Title: Electrical Regulatory Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Regulatory Manager to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our Global Product Stewardship Department, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of regulatory strategies for new product launches and ongoing changes to existing products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with global, regional, and country-level regulations.
- Collaborate with country-level regulatory managers, R&D colleagues, and commercial teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead the development of impact assessments for electrical appliances and action plans in response to changing regulations.
- Monitor the electrical regulatory landscape and develop a P&G position to influence strategy and future plans.
- Represent the company in external technical discussions and interactions with regulators, norm committees, and academic specialists.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in electrical regulatory compliance management, approbation/certification, or at an electrical approbation service provider.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels.
- Ability to develop and communicate technical positions to multi-functional teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized working style.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- German language skills are a plus.
