Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at J&J Family of Companies. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and reporting of quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of quality assurance activities.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance activities are integrated into business operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and conducting audits and assessments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate quality risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
