Front Desk Ambassador

As a Front Desk Ambassador at Drury Hotels, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our diverse team members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests entering and departing our front door, providing friendly and efficient service.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing courteous, friendly, and professional service with a +1 Service attitude.
Assist guests with checking in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, and performing front desk related functions.
Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food preparation, set up, guest service, and clean-up.
Requirements:
Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public.
Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities.
Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English.
Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled.
